At 8:00 on July 30th 2013, the start-up ceremony for “Stay Together” summer camp for stay-at-home children, was held at the office building of Fire Brigade of Anfu County. Vice head of Anfu County Liu Xiangwen, director of Population and Family Planning Commission of Anfu County Wang Honglian, head of the fire brigade Mr. Liu and the chairman of the college league committee Zhang Changling attended the startup ceremony, as well as 28 stay-at-home children and 5 volunteers from Mao Yisheng Honors College.
