About the speaker:
Guang Chen was born in March 1961. He is now a professor of Southwest Jiaotong University, Dean of Public administration School, a Ph.D supervisor in Public Works Organization and Management. In 1982, he graduated from Southwest Jiaotong University in Natural dialectics and received Bachelor’s degree. He engaged in advanced studies in Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 1984 and in Beijing Language and Culture University in 2000. In 1998, he received his Master’s degree of law and in 2005 received his doctoral degree in Management Science and Engineering from School of Economics and Management, Southwest Jiaotong University.
